As you may know, I had a tooth pulled out a short while ago. It was absolutely super fun! I couldn't eat solids for a week and I could barely speak because my jaw hurt so much. During the procedure, I received 6 anesthesia shots and even still, I felt everything. Oh, my word.
However, the tooth is finally out. It left in 5 pieces and with copious amounts of blood, but it left. It's gone. No more pain for me. I don't ever want to undergo such a horrible experience again. I am now a dental hygiene freak. I am seriously considering getting a mini-kit and putting in my work tote so I can brush my teeth after lunch. Yes, I am obsessive.
Getting dressed that week was an exercise in "Feel like crap? Look your best!" I tried, but in a couple of outfits, you can see my sickly face of "I haven't been able to eat. FEED ME!" And Genghis is back in the outfit logs!

Oooh! I like all of these but I LOVE your first and last outfits. Your shoes in the first one look awesome! I also really like the purple shirt with the cut out in the back. I love unique backs, they're unexpected and different.
Thank you! The shoes are already a couple of years old, but I loved them so much that I got them in two colors: black and gray. They also had them in purple, but by the time I made up my mind to get them, they were gone. Sad!
I like shirts with interesting backs, but I don't like going braless, so it's tricky to find an interesting back detail that doesn't eliminate the possibility of a bra. Guess I'm prudish?
